For any undamaged and unused product and as a general rule, you have to immediately notify our delivery personnel of any claims, requests and/or damages which must be indicated and signed on the delivery invoice copy and returned to our delivery personnel. Otherwise, in the absence of any claims, you agree to have received all the good(s) and/or product(s) delivered in good condition. If these cannot be determined at the onset, you have twenty-four (24) hours to contact our customer service representative and initiate the return of an item from the date and time you received it. Below, you’ll find guidelines that will make you eligible for return and refund of your item/s.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returned items are subject to quality control verification.
- Only damaged, wrong or expired items will be accepted.
- Defective products caused by negligence (exposure to high heat, sharp objects, open flame) will not be accepted.
- Items purchased as a set must also be returned as a set.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products can be returned only within (Business Location).
The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product in accordance with DTI rules and regulations
- The following products are not eligible for return:
- The product that is not in the original packaging bearing the original manufacture label.
- Product deteriorated or damaged due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer, such as improper storage, heat, cold, water, smoke, fire, negligence, etc.
- Non-original or repackaged product
- Product sold with specific understanding that it is non-returnable
- In supplication, this Return Policy is subject to the provisions indicated in Republic Act (R.A.) 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
As a general rule, you have to immediately notify our delivery personnel of any claims, requests and/or damages which must be indicated and signed on the delivery invoice copy and returned to our delivery personnel. Otherwise, in the absence of any claims, you agree to have received all the good(s) and/or product(s) delivered in good order and condition. As such, return of goods will not be accepted.
Upon notifying our delivery personnel and once we receive your product(s) and/or item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
After inspecting the product(s) and/or item(s) returned, we will then immediately notify you of the status of your refund through the contact details you provided us.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
